When you setup your organisation you can select which reporting frequency you prefer.

Currently the options are:

  • Weekly
  • Monthly (recommended)
  • Quarterly
  • 6-Monthly
  • Annually

If you have not yet created any metrics you can switch to use a different reporting frequency.

To update your organisation:

  1. Choose the 'Settings' option from the main menu
  2. Choose the new reporting frequency from the drop-down list
  3. Click the 'Update Organisation' button
  4. Done!

Note: if you already have metrics then this option cannot be changed and will show with a padlock on this page. You can remove metrics from your Metrics Library, however be warned this will also delete any associated values you have entered for these.
